## FAQ

- **Do I need to connect my store?** No — paste any product URL and you'll get an analysis.

- **Which stores do you cover?** Today we read public product data from a wide range of ecommerce brand stores. Coverage keeps expanding as we add more sources.

- **Do you monitor prices over time or send alerts?** We do not send alerts, but we monitor prices on a weekly basis for products for which auto re-analysis is enabled.

- **Can you tell me the exact price I should charge?** No. We give you the price landscape so you can decide with confidence.

- **How accurate is the data?** Prices come straight from each store's live product feed at the moment of analysis. However we cannot guarantee full accuracy.

## Billing & Proration

- All paid plans are monthly; billing periods start at checkout and renew on the same calendar day each month.
- Cancel anytime — your plan stays active until the end of the current period and you are not charged again. Cancelling does not auto-refund the current period (see Refund Policy for the 30-day money-back window).
- Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately. Paddle (our merchant of record) prorates the difference: upgrades charge a prorated amount now, downgrades issue a prorated credit on the next invoice.
- On a downgrade, if the new plan's tracked-product limit is lower than your current count, the oldest auto-tracked products are paused (never deleted) and can be re-enabled later.
- No annual plans, no free trials — the Free plan is the trial.
